Job Description

- Answer phones and greet clients and potential clients in the showroom

- Manage scheduling and calendar for design firm

- Assist in the formation of design budgets for clients

- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain product information, pricing, inventory position, and shipping details

- File and organize office paperwork in a logical, timely, and orderly fashion

- Maintain showroom and merchandise samples in a clean and organized manner

- Manage social media accounts


Job Types: Full-time, Internship


Salary: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Interior Design: 1 year (Preferred)
  • AutoCAD or SketchUp: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
