Dental Laboratory Technician Jobs

Duties

• Cast and solder using various precious and nonprecious metals for all types of restorations, semi-precious attachments, and other components.
• Maintain and order all dental supplies on a routine basis to preclude shortages.
• Keep adequate records to ensure that cases do not get lost or mistreated.
• Fabricate porcelain veneers for crowns, fixed dental prostheses, implant restorations, and all-ceramic crowns through the application of appropriate ceramo-metal techniques.
• Prepare orthodontic set ups and fabricate other appliances such as night guards, splints, stents, sleep apnea devices, and tooth position.

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
