Job Description

Demand Marketing Manager is responsible for execution and optimization of the marketing program and driving new business inquiries. Hundreds of blue chip clients rely on Verisys’s data to make decisions on hiring, monitoring employees, trading with vendors, and allowing doctors into their networks.


We are seeking a motivated individual who can manage and optimize the marketing operations process. This role would oversee marketing operations from development of new marketing campaigns to technical implementations to reporting campaign success and recommendations on next steps. This individual has a positive attitude and self starter who is comfortable working without clearly defined campaign strategy. We see this as a pivotal, high growth role and are looking for an experienced candidate who can truly make a difference. We believe and practice competitive compensation in both commission and salary.



The ideal candidate would live in the Denver CO or Boston MA. area or have specific industry experience!!!

Having a dedicated location to work and be productive, free from distraction's is a must!


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop & publish marketing materials including blogs, eBooks + white papers, social content, and more.
  • Maintain & optimize email program including list management, drip sequence, customer communications, and email technical implementation.
  • Maintain & update blog + social calendars for internal communications
  • Optimize paid media programs including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.


Required:

  • Deep experience with communications optimization & execution
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing, communications, or relevant channels.
  • Experience building and optimizing marketing acquisition campaigns.
  • Experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital ad platforms.
  • Office/Google suite proficient
  • 1-2 years experience with Hubspot or similar communications platform


Preferred:

  • Experience with Photoshop and Adobe suite
  • Based in Denver or Boston metro region
  • Experience using SalesForce or other relevant platforms.
  • Experience with Canva or other collateral development tool


Attributes:

  • Well organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and timelines
  • Comfortable working on ambiguous projects without clearly established KPI
  • Self starter that is able to work independently
  • At least 1-2 years experience with Hubspot or other email/communication platform
  • Positive outlook and can do attitude
  • 3-5 years experience working in marketing space
  • Good communication skills with ability to layout what are current/potential challenges and impact to outcome of project
