Job Description
  • CX experience preferred.
  • This position is part of our Customer Experience department.
  • Strong Communication and Presenting Skills Required
  • Requires at least 3 years of work experience in a relevant capacity.
  • Must be able to create a field based on the existing data (i.e. a calculated field) data modeling in the query editor, and understanding relational tables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to work across functions, departments and systems to drive incremental and systemic changes.
  • Hybrid Work Schedule: 3 days onsite at our corporate office / 2 days remote. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm
  • Will be long term contact with the possibility of becoming full time.
  • Advance knowledge of Power BI and data warehouse concepts and terminology required.
