Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly and reliable full-timeReceptionist/Data Entry Specialist at our Ohio Avenue Youth Center.The Ohio Avenue Youth Center provides after-school and summer programming to youth in the surrounding area. The Receptionist is responsible for answering and directing calls, greeting workers and families, and entering client data into our electronic health record. Work hours are 11am-7:30pm Monday Friday during the school-year and 8am - 5pm during the summer months.

Required Experience

• Ability to work cooperatively with other staff.
• One year related experience preferred
• High school diploma required.
• Ability and interest in working with diverse cultures.
• Ability to accurately type 35 wpm.
• Ability to communicate clearly and in a friendly manner.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform routine tasks accurately with little or no supervision.
• Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system and utilize office machines.
