Job Description
Data Entry
General Summary
The Field Data Entry Administrator is responsible for performing day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties. The Data Entry Administrator will also be responsible for transferring both field and electronic data captured in the field into additional analytical software responsible for record retention, engineering analysis, and remaining life calculations. This position will also be responsible for identifying trends, possible data errors, and report back to field personnel, information required to facilitate integrity analysis.
Essential Job Functions
  • Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM’s Core Values
  • Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
  • Controls invoicing, contract letters, return confirmations, and memorandums by distributing to appropriate management
  • Performs timekeeping administrative duties for assigned field personnel
  • Handles and fields incoming telephone calls as necessary
  • Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern
  • Prepares source data for system entry by compiling and sorting information, and establishing entry priorities
  • Maintains administrative operations by following policies and procedures, and notifying operations management of significant information as needed
Job Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software preferred
  • Previous experience and familiarity utilizing both internal and external IDMS systems such as Visions, CredoSoft, PSAim, Ultra-Pipe, Meridium, and or PCMS is a requirement.
  • Travel requirement 0% - 25%

  • Work is conducted in a semi-private office/cubicle setting
  • Position is located at the client site
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
  • Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employee to communicate effectively
