Data Analytics, Metadata Analyst (Hybrid – 3 Days In Office)

Your Impact:

Operations and Technology

• Define requirements for data governance platform (e.g. data quality, metadata, process management)
• Support weekly & monthly status reporting
• Define Use Cases, Business Requirements, and load business metadata into Collibra
• Assist with preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly key stakeholder management and reporting
• Configure, implement, and provide on-going maintenance support for Single-Family Business Glossary.
• Coordinate with management on issue identification, escalation, and remediation

Strategy Development and Implementation

• Provide advice on how to increase adoption of Collibra within the organization, understand needs and support development of multi-year Business Glossary roadmap
• Partner with Platforms teams to identify and implement enhancements to Business Glossary function
• Support Single Family top initiatives for optimal design of metadata content

Qualifications:

• Passion for delivering quick business benefits
• Ability to understand different perspectives
• Ability to quickly learn new software applications and effectively collaborate with stakeholders to influence outcomes
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Complimentary experience in collaborating with team members and working in a diverse workplace
• 1+ or more years’ experience in Data, Reporting, and/or Metadata related projects preferably in Financial Services industry
