Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Data Analytics Intern to join Practice Match, an M3 company.

• Add & remove any physicians that are added or removed throughout the year
• Calling medical students to gather detailed information on their match
• Adding medical schools to the database and finding main contacts
• Mark physicians as “do not call” when instructed
• Email each program & medical school to verify physicians’ names
• Assist the Director of Quality Assurance with the verification
• Updating residency & fellowship information

Qualifications

Education and Training Required: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum Experience: Must have experience entering data into a database. 1+ year of industry experience is a plus.

• Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required.

• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the Physician Interviewing Database & healthcare experience
