This position will be responsible for not only analyzing large amounts of raw data, but also generating insights into improving the ways that we perform our business. Using the latest analytic tools and processes, the Data Analyst will build and operate models to maximize our processes within our company. In this fast-paced role, they will be faced with both daily challenges and long running projects that will be sure to inspire and excite.

Responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining financial / business performance models.
• Conducting frequent ad hoc analyses across business functions.
• Conducting competitive and market analyses.
• Support multiple departments in the development of long-term strategic plans.
• Contributing to business improvement discussions and initiatives company wide.
• Developing presentations for senior management.
• Working closely with Accounting, Marketing, Pricing and Onsite teams.
• Development and reporting of company KPI's.
• Developing reports for onsite teams to optimize day to day operations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting.

Qualifications:

• Ability to analyze and document business processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, IT, or similar equivalent.
• Strong experience working with and manipulating large data sets using a programming language such as Python or R.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• 2-5 year's total business experience, ideally with strong data concentration.
• Experience evaluating financial metrics and decisions.
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems.
• Experience automating and improving existing reporting.
