Job Summary
This position is primarily responsible for processing, analysis, and data visualization across all lines of business at Nicolet National Bank.
Key Job Responsibilities
The following are essential job responsibilities:

• Responsible for data aggregation between multiple datasets with varying data structures aimed at creating efficient data streams for analytics.
• Assist with execution of in-house processes focused on data management, data visualization, and data analytics.
• Deliver ad-hoc analytics with business line leaders.
• Other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Assist with implementation and management of dashboard design and scalable data maintenance with focus on new analytics and reporting solutions.
• Responsible for breaking down complex datasets and providing detailed analysis in consumable ways to aid discussions with department leaders.
• Assist with integration of information from multiple data sources enabling more efficient processes, enhanced analysis, streamlined reporting and/or processes.
• Assist in projects providing analysis, requirements, design, testing and implementation.
• Create solutions and train non-analytical end users on the reporting tools aimed at self-service analytics.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to formulate & execute basic to complex mathematical formulas to perform analysis that supports decision-making or other action.
• Strong logic-based skills (math, reasoning, analytical, decision-making).
• PC, phone system, general office equipment
• Higher level proficiency (or ability to build such proficiency) in use of Tableau, Tableau CRMA, Alteryx, and bank based systems (Navigator, Director, Viewpoint, ZM Financial, Business Analytics, Salesforce, etc)

Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, specifically, the ability to ask questions about or research business or technical matters, effectively document assumptions, write correspondence and reports to explain procedures and results.
Representation:
Solid judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills to provide product or action-based recommendations to various personnel. Ability to represent the bank in a professional and positive manner.
Compliance:
Uphold the bank’s philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of the bank.

Education Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or General Business
Work Experience:
1-3 years of experience in data analytics or finance preferred. Banking industry experience a plus. SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx experience is a plus.
