Role Summary

At MetaPhase we are seeking a Data and Analytics Intern. Reporting to and working closely with the Vice President of Data and Analytics, you will be responsible for collecting, processing and analyzing data while demonstrating analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. You must demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment while exhibiting a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties.

What You Will Be Doing

• Working with AI/machine learning concepts
• Working with data models, databases and writing SQL
• Programming in tools/languages like Jupyter Notebooks and Python
• Collecting, processing, and analyzing data

What We Need From You (Required)

• Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively with the Vice President, staff, and consultants
• Have natural curiosity for understanding how things work with a strong desire to explore new ideas
• Must have citizenship, no exceptions
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a deep interest in learning new platforms and tools to build prototypes that demonstrate the art of possible
• Strong problem-solving, critical and creative thinking skills

Education Level

Completed or working towards Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
