Who are You?

Are you an exceptional visual storyteller? As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll be a driving force behind designing and protecting the integrity of our visual brand across all channels. From fully integrated campaigns to individual design elements, this role will bring evolving brand to life and ensure visual cohesion across all offline and online touch points.

You are a multidisciplinary designer with experience concepting, pitching, and delivering UX/UI, branding, and campaign projects. This position is a senior-level opportunity that requires a solid understanding of creative strategy and how to tell a rich brand story through design. The ideal candidate must have experience designing, illustrating and in some cases writing, to match tone and style to sensitive contexts, balancing levity with thoughtfulness.

Your Role

  • Actively keep a pulse on best practices and design trends to elevate and evolve our visual brand
  • Develop informational graphics (infographics, figures, charts, illustrations, isometrics, diagrams, etc.)
  • Partner with Creative Services Team to ensure that project deliverables are well executed and on brand
  • Define the creative vision for all campaigns and marketing messages
  • Recruit and manage freelance talent to augment in-house projects as needed
  • Oversee creative ideation and development of the Group brand with a focus on creative concepting, templating, innovation, and branding standards
  • Develop well-conceived creative work that implements the business strategy
  • Create complex PowerPoint presentations involving animation, video or other high-level visual design
  • Interface with internal clients on project audience/purpose, scope, level of effort/quality, schedule and budget
  • Create email campaigns for internal and external purposes using email campaign software
  • Create marketing and communication materials including: posters, social media graphics, brochures, newsletters, proposal graphics and presentations, conference and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with content strategists, business partners, editors, external video production professionals and other graphic designers to bring stories and concepts to life
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, timely decision-making, and organization skills that align with managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Conceptualize, create storyboards and design using different styles and approaches for deliverables as needed

Your Profile

  • Experience leading a variety of design projects from concept to execution including presentation, marketing collateral, social media graphics and campaign assets
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your innovative work across multiple channels, including long-form and short-form content
  • Experience implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative strategies with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to translate brand concepts and visions into actionable initiatives and goals
  • 7+ years of professional experience in a large professional services organization required (A/E/C industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong ability to distill key decisions and discussions and translate them into a compelling visual message
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud on PC Platform skills including Master level XD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat (experience with CEROS a plus)
  • Knowledge of current design trends and when to apply or adapt them to improve user experience
  • Creative thinker and implementer, always looking and sharing new ideas to engage audiences
  • Demonstrated passion for the audience experience, as well as knowledge of how to leverage design to achieve communication goals
  • Understanding of both printed and digital design parameters
  • Expertise in PowerPoint and experience with the rest of Microsoft Office Suite

Salary Range Information

At the time of posting this job advertisement, the annual pay salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $130,000 commensurate with qualifications.
