About The Position
Are you a customer service enthusiast with exceptional communication skills? If so, we want you to join our team and provide top-notch support to our North American customers. In this role, you will assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. You'll collaborate with a global team of quick learners, all contributing to the company's rapid growth.
Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and promptly respond to inquiries.
Diagnose product issues and provide troubleshooting guidance.
Offer product and service information to customers.
Maintain detailed call logs and reports as required.
Encourage customers to participate in post-call surveys.
Stay updated on new troubleshooting methods and products.
Meet individual service levels and goals set by your supervisor.
Adhere to internal policies regarding warranties and replacements.
De-escalate situations with upset customers.
Recommend products based on customer needs and follow up via email.
Follow RMA or refund procedures.
Address unresolved customer inquiries.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills
Minimum 5 years of Call Center experience.
5+ years as a Tech Support Representative.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Technical aptitude and quick learning ability.
