Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic full-time Call Center Manager to lead our central scheduling staff. As the Call Center Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the central scheduling function, supervising call center staff, and driving day-to-day operations while continuously improving our processes and procedures. This team predominantly operates remotely from home, providing invaluable support to our patients, clinics, and endoscopy centers (based in Washington, specifics below).

Your Responsibilities
Be the Inspirational Leader: Provide guidance and direction to our call center staff, ensuring they understand and implement departmental processes for patient scheduling, referrals, and other essential tasks.
Building a Strong Team: Work on recruiting and onboarding new call center staff, plan and schedule the appropriate staffing levels to meet the demand, and conduct regular performance reviews to develop and empower your team.
Cultivate a Positive Culture: Foster a positive work environment through open communication, team meetings, sharing company news, encouraging idea sharing, and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to find synergies, establish best practices, and continually improve the patient experience and operational efficiency of the call center.
Budget and Goal Management: Contribute to the development of the call center budget and operational goals, monitor performance against targets, and implement improvements to achieve desired outcomes.
Empowering Technology: Identify areas for improvement in communication channels and advocate for enhancements, while ensuring patient privacy and security of information.
Root Cause Resolution: Investigate and address complaints from internal and external stakeholders, working towards effective resolutions.
Your Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or lead role, preferably in healthcare and/or call center settings.
Prior experience in healthcare, with at least 1 year preferred (3 years or more is a plus).
Experience leading a remote team is desired.
Skills And Abilities
Effective remote team management and leadership skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Physical Activities And Requirements
Extended periods of sitting while performing administrative duties, including computer use.
Repetitive hand movements/typing.
Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment (up to 25 pounds).
Please Note
This position is based in Tacoma, WA, with the benefit of telework. Candidates must be Washington State residents and cannot work remotely from Seattle, WA, due to specific city ordinances.
Interested candidates in remote locations must meet specific requirements related to internet connectivity, home workspace safety, and protection of sensitive information.
The anticipated compensation range for this salary position is $75,000 - $97,000, with additional eligibility for annual discretionary bonuses.
