Job Description

INTEGRA Biosciences Corporation is an industry leader in innovative liquid handling products for the medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotech, and food industries. We are looking for an additional player in our Customer Service team to grow our range of pipettes and single-use laboratory products.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide timely feedback to customers
  • Answer customer requests such as order status
  • Process customer orders, revisions, and returns according to department procedures
  • Provide exceptional telephone etiquette
  • Manage inventory releases
  • Actively tracks and monitors orders
  • Ability to learn and understand the products
  • Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations


Requirements

  • Ability to provide a high level of Customer Service
  • Must have problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must be team-oriented
  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience with ERP and CRM platforms
  • Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs
  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
