We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate should be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have experience in contact center operations. Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries related to patient care issues, medical devices, and pharmaceutical products. You will provide support to both internal and external customers and work closely with members of the Safety Department and other departments to ensure that customers receive the assistance they need.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
Answering department telephone lines and email boxes promptly and providing timely responses to inquiries
Maintaining and updating databases with current data and relevant information
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and established standard operating procedures
Providing excellent customer service and field clinical services support
Acting as a resource for customers and patients to address concerns and questions thoroughly
Recommending methods to improve operations, efficiency, and service to customers
Assisting with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor
Performing other related duties as assigned
To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have
A high school diploma; an associate degree is desirable, and a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
2-4 years of experience in a contact center environment
Familiarity with medical terminology
Strong customer-oriented interpersonal and listening skills
Resilience and the ability to overcome objections and pushback
Attention to detail with the ability to enter information accurately into a database system
Excellent communication (verbal and written), customer service, and data entry skills
Proficient computer skills, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, as well as web-based programs and document management platforms
The ability to adapt to change and support new policies and procedures in a positive manner
