About this Role

Our Customer Success Manager role group is a key aspect of our revenue organization, working proactively with our customers via a hands-on approach to ensure they prosper with their investment of the WebbRes solution.


Responsibilities

Understand all aspects of the customer experience journey from time of becoming a customer through the ultimate renewal cycle. This will encompass working with other peer stakeholders such as Implementation and Support.


Engage with install customers in a proactive manner to ensure they are getting maximum value from their investment via working as a trusted advisor that can ensure best practices of the solution's functionality are being adopted.


Maintain and have understanding of the following with customers: knowledge of completed initiatives vs. future or not yet planned, use cases being leveraged on the platform, success metrics desired from the investment, inventory of other systems outside of WebbRes that should be contemplated for future integrations, company organizational structure, any future training or enablement needs.


Monitor overall customer health score based on statistical data as well first-hand knowledge of the customers, allowing for the appropriate engagement activities to be initiated.


Work cross functionally with other departments within the WebbRes team to convey the voice of the customer, ensure customers are satisfied, as well as contribute to future innovation.


Necessary Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills as it relates to delivering presentations.
  • Passionate to work with disruptive technology and be on the forefront of helping customers be successful.
  • Must be located in the U.S. or Canada
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a growth stage company.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Dealership experience.
  • 2+ years as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) or other similar roles that might have a different title (such as Technical Account Manager) within a software as a service (SaaS) delivery model of B2B Software.
