Job Description

Fueled by the significant growth of our FRAMECAD business we are scaling up our Customer Success Coordinator who will be based out of our Las Vegas Facility

What you will be doing

In this role you will be tasked toco-ordinate the fulfillment of system and software orders to ensure their successful delivery to our customers. In addition, we want to provide world class customers support, post startup and proactively to ensure they are able to get the maximum value out of their FRAMECAD products. This role provides a vital role around accomplishing this as part of our region regional Customer Success Centers and you will be instrumental in helping to deliver this promise.


What we are looking for

The Customer Success Coordinator role requires a strong customer-centric strategic approach, ensuring all customers receive excellent and efficient service. This role is a great fit for someone who can work in a team and collaborate to deliver the best results for FRAMECAD and our customers. You’ll be use to working in a global business and managing your own time to produce exceptional outcomes



Skills and Experience:

  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate skills in using Microsoft Office
  • SMS experience
  • Understanding of common Customer Support processes, systems, and SLA’s
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Demonstrate an ability to work with customer through multiple mediums and channels.
  • 3-5 years of relevant Customer Service experience in Industrial Equipment or B2B SoftwareExcellent customer service skills.
  • Maintains a professional and positive approach.
  • Culturally sensitive and able to communicate with varying cultures and nationalities.
  • Intermediate skills in Word and Excel.
  • Able to build constructive working relationships with staff and customers at all levels.
  • Excellent commercial written and verbal communication skills.
