Customer Service/ Sales Bdc Representative

We are looking for a friendly, dedicated, and motivated team member to join us at The Mills Automotive Group! As a member of our Business Development Center (BDC) you will be assisting our Guests with finding the right vehicle and setting up appointments with our Sales Team in a call center environment.

Primary Duties include:

• Scheduling specific appointments for Sales departments.
• Making Contact with our Existing Guest Base
• Maintain and Increase loyalty and sales along with addressing our Guest needs with the highest quality and care.
• Answering Incoming Sales Calls.
• Responding to Incoming Internet vehicle inquiries quickly and effectively.
