Our Commitment To You
No more weekend shifts! Your workweek will be from Monday to Friday, providing you with a healthy work-life balance.
During our busy season, you'll work a 40-hour week, and in the off-season, your hours will be between 32 to 40 hours, depending on client needs. Flexibility is key!
Remote Role with Local Touch: We understand the importance of in-person connections, so you'll have a day to pick up equipment onsite and occasionally attend meetings or major projects.
What We Expect From You
A positive attitude, a caring demeanor, and a desire to build meaningful connections with customers.
High School Diploma or GED is a must.
Previous experience in Customer Service or Call Center roles is a plus, but we welcome candidates with various backgrounds.
English-speaking candidates are highly valued, but if you're bilingual in Spanish or French, that's fantastic! We offer an extra .75 cents per hour for fully fluent candidates.
Your ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, adhering to HIPAA, Data Privacy laws, and company data security requirements.
Strong communication skills to translate complex plan information into easy-to-understand instructions for our valued members.
