Job Description

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS AN OUTGOING, SELF-MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL WITH EXCEPTIONAL INTERPERSONAL, ORGANIZATIONAL, MULTI-TASKING, COMMUNICATION, AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS. MUST HAVE A KEEN ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AN EXCELLENT WORK ETHIC, AND MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING IN A DEADLINE-ORIENTED ENVIRONMENT.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

·ANSWER INCOMING CALLS AND EITHER ADDRESS ACCORDINGLY OR FORWARD TO CORRECT CONTACT (CONTINUALLY BEING ON THE PHONE)

·CALL CUSTOMERS DAILY FOR ORDERS, PROCESS ONLINE ORDERS/UPS ORDERS, BILLING INVOICE PROCESSING ETC

·RESPOND TO CUSTOMER REQUESTS FOR MERCHANDISE/INFORMATION

·HANDLE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, PROVIDE APPROPRIATE SOLUTIONS/ALTERNATIVES, AND FOLLOW UP TO ENSURE RESOLUTION

·GENERATE DAILY ORDERS/INVOICE FORMS

·HANDLE CUSTOMER WALK-IN ORDERS AND ACCEPT PAYMENTS

·ASSISTS DELIVERY PERSONNEL WITH ANY ORDER DISCREPANCIES/CHANGES

·SPECIAL PROJECTS AS REQUESTED

QUALIFICATIONS:

·1-2 YEARS OF STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ORDER ENTRY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

·BILINGUAL IN SPANISH A PLUS

·ABLE TO WORK IN A VERY FAST-PACED, HIGH CALL VOLUME ENVIRONMENT

·EXTREMELY DETAIL-ORIENTED

·PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION IN PERSON AND ON THE TELEPHONE

·MICROSOFT OFFICE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
