Summary


The Customer Service Representative is a customer-centric, detail-oriented individual who serves a primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving problems related to their credit.


Essential Functions

Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Continually identify ways to improve customer service experience and participate in creating and implementing them.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and secure handling of confidential information.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Xactus’ products, services and policies to ensure accurate and consistent communication to the customer.
  • Liaise with other departments within Xactus to handle requests and queries from customers effectively.
  • Assess customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Fulfill client verification requests with third party creditors, via phone, email or fax.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers, responding to inquiries via phone and email about Xactus’ services.
