Who We Are
- Continually identify ways to improve customer service experience and participate in creating and implementing them.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and secure handling of confidential information.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Xactus’ products, services and policies to ensure accurate and consistent communication to the customer.
- Liaise with other departments within Xactus to handle requests and queries from customers effectively.
- Assess customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Fulfill client verification requests with third party creditors, via phone, email or fax.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers, responding to inquiries via phone and email about Xactus’ services.
