As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, your job is to provide amazing customer service and assist existing customers with any questions, such as taking payments, providing account information, and resolving general issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• Experience in Sales/Customer Service, or an aptitude for it
• Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
• A positive attitude and can contribute to our amazing culture
• You can work some weekends
• Ability to connect with people over the phone
• You can pass background and drug screening
