A successful Customer Support Professional at Conax Technologies is someone who has a professional demeanor and works well with others. This team player serves as an extension of our Sales Team and provides optimum customer support to both our internal and external customers. The goal of our customer service professionals is to assist our sales team in maintaining our current business, enhancing the customer experience, and obtaining new business.
