Customer Service Specialist

Manhattan, NYC


Our expansion into NYC is now in full swing and we're on track to make 2023 a huge year! We're growing quickly and would like to add 2-3 additional Customer Service Specialists to our outbound events team this month. If you enjoy working in small teams and are good at dealing with customers, we'd love to meet to discuss our opportunity with you!

As a Customer Service Specialist you’ll be responsible for:

  • Handling subsequent sales and customer inquiries
  • Meeting and engaging with potential customers
  • Creating a relaxed and fun environment for customers at our events
  • Safe retail event-based sales and customer service
  • Providing customers with superior customer service
  • Contributing to an awesome working environment and team culture
