Customer Service Manager - Temple, Ga Onsite (Direct Hire)

Our client, a manufacturing company in Temple, GA (approximately 40 minutes outside Atlanta, and approximately 20 miles outside Douglasville, GA) is looking to bring onsite a Customer Service Manager- direct hire.

This position will start ASAP, fully onsite with a production schedule of Monday - Friday (8 am - 5 pm).

/Responsibilities:·

o Supervise two customer service representatives to continuously improve departmental performance and support personal development.

o Prepare a delivery schedule that will include approximately 75 tractor trailer loads per week.

o Each load may include multiple customer stops.

o Process and update all customer purchase orders with emphasis on accuracy and consideration for specific customer preferences.

o Schedule order manufacturing dates according to the delivery schedule with consideration for plant capacity.

o Provide specifications and product information to customers for Royal’s complete product offering.

o Investigate and resolve product, service, and billing issues through interactions with all operational departments.

o Analyze and provide job quotes for specific HVAC contractor jobs.

Requirements:

o Strengths should include math and geography for the purposes of planning delivery schedules.

o Customer Service Supervisor/Manager experience

o 5+ years in a customer service/administrative role preferred.

o Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o Proficiency with computer applications including excel.

o Experience managing a large product offering (1000+ sku's) is preferred.

o High School Diploma required.

o Bachelor's degree preferred.
