We are hiring a 2nd Project Coordinator to help manage our projects from the initial phone call to the finished job. The Project Coordinator works with the assigned Project Manager and the production team that will complete the job. It is a fast paced environment for a high energy personality.


You will be trained by our present Project Coordinator.


Job Responsibilities Include


A PC will answer all phone calls, send estimates, schedule appointments for estimates and schedule job production with clients. A PC deals with all of customer satisfaction pre and post work.


The job requires someone comfortable speaking and working with the many different parties involved with processing a job. Multi Lingual Spanish/English staff and in office Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4 PM
