Description
Note: This is a hybrid position .Travel is possible quarterly to San Antonio and/or Arizona for team workshops.
Customer Care Rep 2 is responsible for expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem resolving, research and problem/dispute resolution.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Demonstrates working knowledge of product/service features and how products/services are used in customers' businesses
Demonstrates knowledge of standard business practices and procedures
Performs tasks related to pre-sales service, order fulfilment and post-sales service - Addresses moderately complex issues
Resolves moderately complex customer issues with minimal supervision
Communicates complex information on products and services.
Recommends alternate products to meet customer needs
Has developed knowledge and skills in own job family;
Still acquiring / expanding fundamental knowledge and higher-level skills
Applies knowledge and skills to a variety of standard activities
Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge
Education/Experience
2-4 years' experience
Strong communication skills: May be required to travel up to 10% of time
Computer Skills
Windows based applications:
MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Oracle 11, SAP, JDE preferred. 10% travel to quarterly meetings in Arizona and San Antonio.
Safety Rules
