The Process Analyst supports Measurement Systems Operations by analyzing data to control electric and gas meter inventory and to determine purchase quantities adequate to support electric and gas distribution workloads while preventing excess inventory and exceeding the financial targets. **Job Responsibilities** + Provide analytical support for Measurement Systems Operations, including revewing meter burn rates, availability, and determining future gas and electric meter needs. + Develop and maintain databases/spreadsheets to support program operations. + Support the development, maintenance, data collection, analysis and preparation for weekly and monthly reports + Prepare status reports for management and Powerpoint presentations to summarize analyses and recommendations + Manage supplier relationships by leading on weekly/bi-weekly status update calls to manage scheduling of meter orders and discuss present and future businesss needs + Report out status of meter inventory and scheduled deliveries on meeting with the Gas Districts and Electric Divisions + Drive efficiency and process improvement, utilizing leadership skills, data analysis and strong understanding of the business strategies. + Participate in bi-annual statewide inventory for gas and electric meters. **Job Specific Qualifications** **Required:** + BS degree and 5+ years relevant work experience including business/financial experience.


In lieu of a degree, 9 years relevant work experience. + Strong analytical, strategic thinking, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills + Demonstrated experience and high proficiency in Excel, Power Point and other Microsoft Office applications + Demonstrated organization skills; ability to build and maintain effective partnerships within and across organizations. + Demonstrated analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills. **Desired:** + Experience working on IT Projects or system enhancements + Benchmarking experience + Demonstrated skill in implementing process improvements + Experienced in creating process documentation + Visual Basic experience + Demonstrated experience in MS Tableau, MS Access, SharePoint, and SQL **Minimum Years of Experience** 5 years of experience **Education** Bachelor **Disclaimer** Certain positions at the Company may require you to have access to Part 810-Controlled Information.
