Job Description

Summary

The Demand Creation department sits at the heart of Chobani. We collectively research, develop, design, market and sell our amazing products. This integrated team is responsible for generating demand for Chobani across our customer and consumer base.

The Customer Revenue Management team within this department is responsible for working with teams to drive profitable revenue growth and provide strategies, tools, and resources for investment decision-making.
The Customer Revenue Management Analyst is a critical contributor to analyzing, understanding and improving Chobani’s investment with our customer partners and building out team capabilities in this area.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare commentary and presentation materials for monthly and ad hoc business reviews
  • Identify opportunities for forecast accuracy improvement
  • Customer Business Unit subject matter expert in reporting and systems
  • Analyze promotion effectiveness and provide recommendations
  • Evaluation of customer businesses for optimizing customer profitability
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis
  • Perform other duties as necessary
  • Support Customer Business Unit planning
  • Partner with Customer Revenue Management manager to evaluate trade effectiveness at a regional and customer level
  • Support Customer Business Unit target setting, gap-closing initiatives, and R&O identification
  • Understand and leverage the relationship between volume and PPP to help drive strong net revenue growth

Requirements

  • Experience with forecasting systems, retailer data and/or syndicated data (i.e., Nielsen, IRI, SPINS, Numerator) a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – especially Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to work with and summarize findings from complex data
  • Bias for action and driving business forward
  • Track record of building and maintaining excellent relationships – especially with Sales teams
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Consulting, or Investment Banking
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well across leadership levels and functions

Compensation Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00, plus bonus.
