Customer Engagement (CE) is part of the Marketing Center of Excellence within Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP). We connect consumers to the place where dreams come true through the development of holistic, audience-focused, data-driven communication plans across offline, digital and direct relationship channels.


We are looking for an CE Manager to join our dynamic Strategy, Planning and Integration team. You will manage day-to-day tasks for your assigned campaigns or programs. This including communicating needs, maintaining content planners and editorial calendars, providing instructions for content distribution and reconciling budgets. You will collaborate across many teams and partners. You will report to the Engagement Manager, CE-Strategy, Planning and Integration.


You Will:


  • Provide channel-specific instructions for asset distribution and tactical execution.
  • Help develop audience-centric paid and owned media plans across digital, social and direct channels.
  • Track spending and reconcile budgets.
  • Maintain content planners and asset trackers for display, streaming, social, search, email and direct mail.
  • Collaborate with many partners across multiple teams to bring our media plans to life.


You Have:


  • Experience using Smartsheets, Workfront or BrandMaker
  • A passion for data-driven, audience-centric marketing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Cross-Channel Media Planning (TV, out of home, streaming, display, social, search) or Owned Channel (email, direct mail, organic social) experience.
  • Built relationships with a diverse set of partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of how media channels are used to drive business growth.
