Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and manage projects to grow sales, customer loyalty and create process improvements.
  • Provide sales and service support to our clients and caregivers to provide home care product and service solutions.
  • Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed
  • Flexible hours, Monday - Friday.
  • Annual training classes
  • Establish and maintain client relationships with organizations and individuals and provide ongoing flexible help.
  • Partner with team to expand reach to new client groups and/or products.
  • Process orders and follow up on orders and client needs



Qualifications

  • Strong background in Excel and experience with online order entry systems.
  • Ability to work from home with a suitable, private office environment.
  • Detail oriented
  • Willingness to partner with the team for a common goal. A team player.
  • Experience with Home Care products and needs.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a customer service roles, and 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Ecommerce customer sales and service experience.
  • A strong work ethic
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Curious approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Case Management experience and/or commitment to helping clients with special needs.
