Hopebridge was founded in 2005 to serve the growing need for autism treatment services and to improve the lives of affected children and families. We are the largest autism therapy provider in the United States, providing one-on-one, personalized therapy for children and their families touched by behavioral, physical, social, communication and sensory challenges. We are headquarted in Indianapolis, Indiana and provide compassionate care in the following twelve states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Ohio and Tennessee.
As a Care Coordinator at Hopebridge, you will be responsible for expediting client service referrals.
What You'll Do
  • Promptly and professionally respond to incoming and outbound telephone calls and emails from patients and referral sources
  • Able to facilitate effective and efficient resolutions to patient questions regarding the onboarding experience, including, but not limited to therapy, scheduling, and timelines
  • Demonstrates the ability to develop quick rapport and provide an expert level of customer service and ensure the new patient scheduling process is a positive experience
  • Effectively demonstrates the ability to utilize workflow to proactively manage a group of potential clients and drive specific touch points within the onboarding process
  • Execute outbound phone calls to patient families to confirm appointment dates and times
  • Enter information and log calls accurately and timely
  • Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
  • Monitor all tasks using workflow software and meet the deadlines associated with tasks
What You'll Need
  • Prior customer service representative experience required
  • Previous patient care and benefits coordination experience preferred
  • Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
