Position Overview
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining an exceptional level of service and satisfaction by aligning client needs with our array of products and services. Your daily responsibilities will encompass both inbound and outbound calls, appointment scheduling, client policy reviews, meticulous data entry, and fulfilling requested benefits. Additional Information
Anticipated first-year earnings range from $58,000.00 to $86,400.00.
