As a Content Specialist with our agency, your primary role will be to craft compelling and consistent brand messaging, strategically positioning both our agency and our diverse range of clients. You'll be the creative force behind marketing strategies that engage customers, promote products/services, and achieve our clients' objectives through captivating content across various platforms. Your responsibilities include research, content planning, collaboration with our talented team, and continuous content analysis for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Research, strategize, plan, and create content for a variety of mediums, including websites, print collateral, eCommerce campaigns, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and press releases.
Brainstorm and develop client campaign ideas, transforming concepts into deliverables.
Lead copywriting efforts across all agency and client channels, editing and creating new copy as needed.
Ensure the highest quality by meticulously editing and proofreading all copy.
Collaborate with the Account Management team to create project timelines and delegate tasks to support content initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, advertising copy processes, and marketing changes.
Assist with industry and consumer research to support new business initiatives.
Actively participate in team settings and meet deadlines with a positive and proactive attitude.

Requirements
2+ years of content creation and management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, English, or a related field.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Cross-platform copywriting experience (blogs, social media, web, digital/print ads, campaign messaging, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO best practices and creative keyword placement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong editing skills.
Expectations
Agency experience is preferred.
Develop a consistent brand identity and establish a brand presence for both our agency and clients.
Create marketing strategies that engage customers and promote products/services.
Analyze content performance consistently and make recommendations for improvement.
Write compelling, goal-oriented copy across various channels.
Edit and proofread all content to ensure high quality.
