Position: Customer Care Representative
Status: Part-Time
Salary: $16/hour.
Hours: 20-25 hours/week. Training in office, on site, eligible for remote work after training.
Location: Spokane, WA
About this role: This position serves to provide service and assist in problem-solving for circulation customers, carriers, and district managers. In addition to offering circulation support, this position also functions as Building Operator answering general operational questions from both internal & external customers. Answer multiline telephone to process subscriber stops, starts, and changes for route carriers; enter subscription orders and verification information in the computer system and resolve customer complaints in a professional timely manner. Provide customer service over the telephone by answering billing questions, resolving complaints, and answering general inquiries from customers and co-workers. Assist other departments throughout the building by answering general questions when able, before transferring calls to that department.
What you’ll contribute to our team: Multiline phone operation skills. Good communication skills. Exemplary problem-solving skills. Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment. Prior customer service experience preferred.
