Rental Associate -- Full Time -- Pullman

General - Rental Department Associate Reports to: Rental Manager Job Summary: Moscow Building Supply is in need of dedicated, hard-working individuals who aren't afraid to work hard and get a little dirty. This position works with the broader Rental Department Team assisting customers, working with small to large power equipment and making deliveries. Experience driving, towing and hauling equipment to and from customer job sites is highly preferred. Weekends required. You will be given two back-to-back days off. Essential Job Functions: Provide outstanding customer service Work with computer software to schedule equipment rentals Handle paperwork for renting out and receiving back rentals Fill out contracts for rentals Load and unload rental equipment Clean and inspect rentals upon return Identify when equipment needs to be repaired Regular general maintenance of equipment Deliver equipment to and from customer job sites Apply logic and have critical thinking skills Equipment assembly Working Conditions: Environment with varying temperature and weather conditions. May be on your feet several hours at a time.
