Custodian I: Part-Time, Night Shift

:

Come join the fast paced, hardworking, Custodial Services Team at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science! This position is responsible for providing an exceptional level of cleaning to achieve and maintain a clean, safe, healthy, attractive environment for our guests, volunteers and staff.

We currently have the following openings on our team:

2 Part-Time evening Custodian I shifts: Saturday & Sunday (Mon-Fri off), Friday & Saturday (Sun-Thurs off), Friday-Sunday (Mon-Thurs off) or Saturday-Monday (Tues-Fri off). (pay differential is $20.30/hour 4pm - 12am)

• Performs other tasks as assigned by department supervisor or manager.
• Responsible for performing custodial duties in the following locations: all restrooms, public spaces, offices, studios, elevators, tunnels, hallways, labs, lounges, lunchrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, auditoriums, gift shop, locker rooms and parking garage.
• Performs daily cleaning procedures in accordance with DMNS cleaning specifications.

Minimum qualifications/Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older required.
• Evening/night/weekend and on-call work may be required.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to accommodate museum activities required.
