As a Curriculum Program Manager, you will design, develop, and implement the curriculum for our productivity and collaboration learning portfolio. This includes working with subject matter experts to create learning objectives, develop content, and create assessments. The Curriculum Manager also works with instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Opportunity Highlights

• Lead Product Roadmap initiatives and collaborate with subject matter experts to create learning objectives, develop engaging content, and create assessments.
• Partner with other members of the Learning and Development team to ensure that the curriculum meets the needs of learners.
• Manage dependencies; remove team impediments; manage risks and issues.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in productivity and collaboration.
• Deliver metric-driven status reports to senior management and champion continuous improvements.

Desired Qualifications

• Ability to excel working both independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles such as ADDIE
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Superior project management experience
• 5+ years of experience in curriculum development with a specialization in productivity tools and a solid understanding of the landscape, including an interest in identifying new tools that emerge within the space
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field

Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be $118,000 - $150,000 annualized.
We also offer participation in the Company Bonus Program and full benefits. The company may modify salaries, salary ranges and/or Pay Plans from time to time as it deems necessary.
