Job Description

This is a hybrid work from home role and will require the incumbent to travel to the downtown office 1 day a month.

Coca-Cola Credit Union (CCCU) seeks a Business Development Coordinator with excellent social and communication skills. The candidate will drive new membership through networking, creative projects, and maintain strong relationships with employee representatives. Must be comfortable with nationwide travel and working under pressure. This incredible opportunity offers entry-level business development professionals the chance to hone their skills, expand their network, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of a dynamic organization.

What You’ll Do for Us:

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Member Service Teams to develop promotional materials.
  • Make recommendations to improve membership and product usage.
  • Manage member databases, open accounts, and handle email communication.
  • Drive new business (accounts, cross-selling, Select Employee Groups) for CCCU.
  • Conduct membership retention programs; coordinate outreach activities.
  • Build brand awareness through on-site events and networking.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience in a financial institution (Credit Union or Bank) in a Marketing or Sales role is highly desired, but not necessary.
  • Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication; bachelor's preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • 40-50% local and national travel; some night/weekend hours.
