Job Description

The Keller Group is thrilled to partner with a well-known and established Construction Design company in search of a driven Credit Manager to add to their team. The ideal candidate would have 5+ years of credit and management experience as well as a preferred background in construction.


Location: Tempe, Arizona

Schedule: Onsite

Compensation: 90-120K (depending on experience) + generous benefits

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft (Excel and Word preferred)
  • CPA (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • 2+ years construction industry experience
  • Team-player, ability to succeed in a collaborative environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • 5+ years accounting experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment


Responsibilities:

  • Produce month-end reports efficiently and accurately
  • Advanced knowledge of GAAP
  • Perform collection calls, emails and/or facsimile to collect timely payments from customer accounts. Collaborate with attorney's and collection agencies as need
  • Multi-state credit experience
  • Process new credit applications and maintain accounts
  • High-volume reconciliation experience
  • Maintain pre-lien filings, waivers/releases
  • Identify problem areas in accounts and improve to avoid future problems
