Technical skills

  • 3+ years of fullstack software engineering experience
  • Back-end skills with Node
  • Front-end experience with React and NextJS
  • Experience with REST APIs
  • Familiarity with Docker
  • Familiarity with Git
  • Experience with Ariakit
  • Strong familiarity with Typescript
  • Interest in AI, LLMs, and/or automated code generation
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or GraphQL


Non-technical skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Flexibility, openness to change, and a strong drive to work hard, fast, and thoughtfully.
  • Excellent English-language communication skills — reading, writing, and speaking.


Remote work requirements

  • A reliable and fast internet connection.
  • A quiet space to work, free of distractions.
  • Timezone overlap with US (Pacific; GMT -7)
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a remote culture and community.
