Inclusively is partnering with a leading insurance software company to hire a Full Stack Developer (React.js). **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

We are currently searching for a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer (React.js) to join a team creating innovative web applications and web services for the insurance industry. Operating in an Agile environment, you will help design and maintain software utilizing Python and React, as well as build and scale backend services. You will be responsible for developing and iterating a marketing solution that integrates with multiple products.
What You Will Do
- Work with the team to design and implement software utilizing clean, testable, high-quality code
- Review code written by peers, focusing on readability and efficiency
- Implement RESTful services and APIs (Application Programming Interface)
- Create user-based interactions through effective front-end architecture
- Integrate with 3rd party APIs.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has the ability to work 100% remotely, or from one of our offices
Your experience should include some or all of the following:
- Effective communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a head for problem-solving
- Have a good understanding of the web application development cycle, programming techniques, and tools
- We proudly support and encourage people with military experience, as well as military spouses, to apply
- Have 2+ years of experience as a React Developer within a structured organization.
- Ability to write code using React
- Conversant with programming constructs and algorithms
- Ability to write code using backend languages and frameworks (Python, Django, Golang)
- S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Familiar with unit testing using Cypress or a Typescript framework
- Familiar with DevOps (Git, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Have a good understanding of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and REST
