What You’ll Do

As a Creative Producer at Madwell, you’ll be working alongside our strategy, creative, social, and media teams to shepherd a steady flow of projects from conception to delivery, always ensuring that Big Ideas don’t dwarf business goals—or get sidelined by the bottom line. You’ll also work closely with our Senior Producers and VP of Production to help evolve and implement new and stronger processes, keeping projects productive and healthy over time.

Specifically, you’ll be:

• Helping various teams scope new work
• Raising changes to scope, budget, and timing and communicating the impact of those changes
• Overseeing the efficient and quality production of deliverables
• Developing timelines, managing deliverables, and ensuring milestones are met
• Working with clients and internal teams to define and achieve project goals
• Maintaining healthy client relationships and managing day-to-day client communications
• Facilitating project communication so client and team are informed and ready and able to execute
• Establishing agendas and running effective, informative project meetings
• Planning and securing appropriate resources throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensuring that our work meets Madwell’s high quality standards

Our Must-Haves

• An unshakeable desire to keep things organized against all odds
• Interest in various forms of media with a love of good creative
• The ability to clearly articulate your ideas, both verbally and in written form
• An easy, thoughtful manner
• An eagerness to take on new challenges, grow, and learn

Where You’ve Been

• 3-5 years years as a project manager, product manager, or producer, ideally at a creative agency
