Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide strategic direction and vision, and drive profitability of business of the US, and Region of North and South America.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Setting and executing the organization’s strategy

  • Understanding markets and potential new markets,
  • Coordinating market research efforts, including researching the competitors and new potential markets, and identifying possible acquisitions
  • Monitoring and mitigating risks,
  • Making decisions about new business lines,
  • Seizing opportunities,
  • Generating competitive advantages,
  • Rethinking and reshaping the organization and business.


-Preparing and implementing business plans:

determining the future direction of the organization and designing a plan for how to achieve this.


-Allocating capital:

setting and managing the organization’s overall budget in order to effectively execute strategic initiatives, making decisions about how to make the best use of capital, as well as fund-raising.


-Driving business results according to the board’s requirements.


-Building organizational capability and overseeing the leadership team.


-Setting vision, values, and corporate culture and living the company values.


-Representing the firm and communicating effectively with all stakeholders which may include board, general public, the press, lawmakers or other regulators, employees, customers, suppliers, or any other parties interested in the company.


-Providing reports and inputs to the board to help them make major decisions and decide on policies and procedures.


-Keeping abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends and regulatory changes, developing and adjusting organizational strategies and plans to leverage opportunities and mitigate risks.


-Providing direction for strategic change and implementing plans to facilitate change.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of executive leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of IT services and consulting business, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with board and stakeholders.
  • Ability to predict future and plan ahead.
  • Knowledge of P/L, B/S sheet and capital management, and budgeting.
