Description

• Managing commitments
• Providing inputs to a monthly scorecard and stage gate updates along with the monthly cost reports
• Maintaining Project forecast in EcoSys
• Actively manages the cost forecast for the assigned area of responsibility, raise and facilitate the trend process, updates forecast and cost flow
• Updates staffing plan for the assigned area of responsibility, including CTR updates
• Reviewing and validating data with discipline leads for monthly cost reporting data, incurred cost, earned value and forecast
• Supporting the MOC process by raising trends and assisting with change orders
• Responding to ad hoc requests and inquiries, as required
• Communicates with project team to receive regular updates
• Monitoring costs and forecasts in accordance with approved budgets, and providing variance explanations, as required
