The Opportunity


We are looking for a talented and motivated Corporate Partnership Business Development Coordinator to support our efforts in securing strategic corporate partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with corporate partners to drive revenue and support our programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating partnership activities, conducting research, preparing proposals, and executing strategies to maximize our organization's impact.


Daily Responsibilities


  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and other engagement opportunities with corporate partners.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of business plans for the penetration of new markets.
  • Manage an assigned book of corporate partners, including contract fulfillment and day-to-day contact.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of corporate prospects and manage the pipeline of potential partnerships.
  • Provide ongoing support to corporate partners, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Manage sponsored initiatives on gameday, streams, and other events.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential growth areas, and partnership opportunities.
  • Track deliverables and submits reports to leadership and sales team.
  • Responsible for supporting activations and fulfilling obligations with brand partners.
  • Serve as KPI Program focal point for the Business Development team in ensuring reporting accuracy, capturing plan changes, and establishing KPIs before a campaign.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Partnership Manager to create customized proposals and presentations for potential partners.
  • Seek new sponsors to establish long-term relationships with the company.
  • Builds and expands strategic relationships primarily with new and current.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership programs and initiatives.
  • Manage several business lines to ensure all corporate partnership elements are fulfilled and all assets are utilized.


Ideally, You Have


  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software (Hubspot).
  • High-level organization skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Has experience or understanding of scrum methodologies ie sprint planning, review, and retrospective
  • Knowledge of Esports is a must
  • 2+ years of experience in partnership management
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English
