Corporate Paralegal - Remote

We have partnered with a nationwide family entertainment center company that is looking to bring on a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to join their growing legal team. The Senior Paralegal will play a valued role in providing comprehensive legal support and guidance to ensure the smooth operation and compliance of the business. This position involves working closely with the legal team, as well as interacting with executive management and business clients to manage a broad range of legal matters specific to the family entertainment industry. This is a tight-knit team with great leadership and the company is known for excellent culture and work life balance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Litigation support- Review, analyze, evaluate, respond, and resolve issues filed with the Attorney General’s Offices in an efficient and effective manner, etc.
• Corporate Governance - Draft and file formation documents and applications for federal employment identification numbers, etc.
• Commercial Contract Management- Review various contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and lease agreements, etc.
• General Legal Support- Analyze legal issues, provide recommendations, and assist in developing strategies to mitigate potential risks, etc.
• Regulatory Compliance- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing family entertainment centers to ensure the protection of guest data, privacy and sensitive information, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of contract management, regulatory compliance, and general corporate law.
• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field. Paralegal certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal
