Job Description

Under the direction of the District Superintendent, the Coordinator of Community Schools (CSC), is responsible for the implementation, integration, alignment, and coordination of the community school strategy. The CSC is responsible for facilitating the process of transforming our schools into full-service community schools. The CSC works in partnership with site and district leadership to coordinate all student and family support services. The CSC will work directly with students, staff, and families, to support programs that address the learning barriers for students.
