Enxing Kia is growing and looking to add a full-time Controller to join our dealership located in North Hampton, NH. Are you looking to grow your career with an expanding organization? Are you interested in professional career development? If so, this could be a natural fit for you!



Responsibilities:

• Prepares a complete financial statement monthly according to dealership guidelines and within each manufacturer's format and time frame. Ensures that all manufacturer accounts, including warranty claims, rebates, interest expense, and co-op advertising are current and accurate.

• Manage financial reporting process. Coordinate all monthly closing, financial statement preparation and variance analysis, and monthly financial reporting to General Manager and Executive Management.

• Provides department managers with detailed financial reports as necessary to identify aging, unpaid items that require attention.

• Maintain DealerTrack General Ledger Systems and Accounting Schedules.

• Responsible for the daily monitoring and reconciliation of dealership cash position.

• Performs expense analysis and reconciliation of monthly floorplan statements, finance reserve statements, and factory parts statements.

• Responsible for review and approval of payroll submissions, benefit reconciliations, and commission calculations.

• Facilitates the annual audit process requirements as required by third-party accounting firms.

• Ensures that all office personnel use proper accounting procedures and maintain accurate records and analyses.

• Continually strives to improve data integrity and information reporting throughout the dealership.

• Attends manager meetings.

• Maintains professional appearance.

• Other tasks as assigned.



Job Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Previous dealership experience as an Automotive Controller/Office Manager, 3+ year (Preferred).

• DealerTrack experience preferred - 3 years (Preferred).
